Humaning: Just a little better in 5 (ish) minutes {Re-launch, Ep 1}
Complicated relationship with vision, 100+ stocking stuffer ideas, why we actually can feel hopeful & a Ted Lasso gif
Dear Reader,
If you've been around a bit, you might recall my Hope in 5 Newsletter I wrote during the pandemic era as a way to stay connected and share some hope for humanity.
It was one of my favorite things I've ever created.
It was a time-limited offering, but I thought of it often and how fun it was to create and the lovely feedback from some of you about how much you enjoyed the short little burst of hope and practical help on how to be a better human.
So, let's give it another go!
Ready for a few ideas for you (and your life) (and the world) to be just a little bit better?
Here are 5 quick links to bring you a little joy, a chance to think or to provide a helpful tool to you that only takes 5 (ish) minutes to explore. :)

If you are struggling to get clear on a vision for your life that would actually THRILL you (as in, it raises your heartrate to think about it), I found this podcast (on iTunes and Spotify) and some of the suggested exercises are incredibly helpful. (It will take you 5ish minutes to add it to your queue, the podcast itself is about 45 min and worth it!)
